Fabrication
This puppet is made with a ball and joint armature, silicone arms, soft foam body with plastizote core, and a fast cast plastic head.
Molding
Arms sculpted in clay then molded. I created Urithan two part molds for the arms. I registered and created armatures for each arm. I then painted in the fingernails and elbows with silicone and injected it.
Body is foam and Plastizote with silicone arms and neck. Torso and Leg armature outsourced by Julian Clarke Studios.
